Go Beyond Adding Organisms. Build the Environment They Need to Thrive.

Many conventional gut-support protocols concentrate on a single category of support, such as probiotics, fermentable fibers, digestive enzymes or individual postbiotics.

GUTgevity™ takes a broader, systems-based approach.

Through six complementary mechanisms, GUTgevity™ is designed to support the intestinal environment, microbial metabolism, barrier integrity, immune communication, regenerative signaling and bacterial-fungal balance.*

SIX MECHANISMS. ONE ECOSYSTEM.

FUEL • MODULATE • PRIME • PROTECT • REPAIR • BALANCE

THE SIX-MECHANISM SYSTEM

01 | FUEL

Triacetin as ReBiome® — 400 mg

Prebiotic + Postbiotic Support for Colonic SCFA Production

The microbiome depends on the metabolic environment that supports microbial cross-feeding and short-chain fatty acid production.

ReBiome® is a patent-pending triacetin from fermented sources designed to deliver bioavailable acetate to the colon. Once available to the colonic microbiome, acetate can serve as a substrate for butyrate-producing bacteria and support the ecosystem’s endogenous production of short-chain fatty acids.*

In an ex vivo gut model, ReBiome® produced approximately 62% more total short-chain fatty acids than inulin while generating substantially less gas. The research also demonstrated increased butyrate production and growth of key butyrate-producing bacteria.*

The distinction: ReBiome® provides two complementary functions. It supplies bioavailable acetate as a postbiotic while also serving as a prebiotic substrate for butyrate-producing bacteria. This supports the microbiome’s own SCFA-producing ecosystem without relying solely on conventional fermentable fibers or free-form SCFAs.*

02 | MODULATE

Keystone Postbiotic® — 300 mg

Recondition the Microbiome Already There

Not every microbiome intervention needs to introduce another living organism.

Keystone Postbiotic® combines heat-inactivated Lactiplantibacillus plantarum 276 and Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus GG with fermentation-derived components designed to influence the existing microbial ecosystem.*

In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled human study, four weeks of supplementation was associated with targeted shifts in endogenous microbial taxa—including organisms associated with SCFA production and mucin metabolism—without broadly altering overall alpha or beta diversity.

The study also identified changes in markers related to stress and inflammatory signaling, providing an intriguing connection between microbiome modulation and systemic physiology.

The distinction: Recondition rather than simply recolonize.*

03 | PRIME

ProGenr8® P.UF1 — 150 mg | 10 Billion CFU - HCP Exclusive

A Different Kind of Probiotic

P.UF1 is not another conventional Lactobacillus or Bifidobacterium strain.

Propionibacterium freudenreichii P.UF1 emerged from research investigating differences in the intestinal microbiota of breast milk-fed and formula-fed preterm infants.

Preclinical research has identified a particularly interesting mechanism involving the bacterial surface protein DlaT, SIGNR1-expressing dendritic cells, and downstream regulation of intestinal Th17 and IL-10+ Treg responses.

Additional preclinical models have explored P.UF1 in intestinal barrier, inflammatory, and pathogen-response biology.

The distinction: Not simply more CFUs. A distinct microbiome–immune signaling mechanism.*

04 | PROTECT

Helm™ IgG Binding Protein LT — 150 mg- First Global Partner

Bind Upstream. Support Downstream Resilience.

Helm™ represents a new class of bioactive ingredients—and one of GUTgevity’s most differentiated technologies.

Produced through precision fermentation, Helm™ Binding Proteins are designed to selectively recognize and bind specific unwanted microbial metabolites within the intestinal lumen.*

Rather than focusing exclusively on which organisms are present, Helm™ addresses another part of the gut-health equation: selected compounds produced through microbial activity.

By binding these microbial disruptors in the lumen, Helm™ adds a targeted defense layer that complements prebiotic, probiotic and postbiotic strategies while supporting gut balance, microbiome stability and intestinal barrier integrity.*

Preclinical intestinal and animal models have evaluated target binding, downstream signaling and barrier integrity. Helm™ is also designed for the gastrointestinal environment, with stability across a broad pH range and resistance to elevated temperatures.

The distinction: A precision-fermented binding protein designed to bind specific microbial metabolites before they interact with the intestinal environment—adding targeted defense to a comprehensive microbiome strategy.*

05 | REPAIR

Alomac® — 150 mg

Regenerative Signaling Support

The intestinal epithelium is one of the body's most dynamically renewing tissues.

Alomac® is a standardized Aloe macroclada leaf gel extract investigated for its potential effects on endogenous regenerative signaling.*

Human pilot research described in the supporting material demonstrated transient increases in circulating CD34+ and CD34+CD133+ cells following ingestion, with subsequent work using purified gel powder demonstrating a dose-related response.

The distinction: Rather than adding another organism or metabolite, Alomac® introduces a complementary approach aimed at supporting the body's endogenous regenerative signaling.*

06 | BALANCE

Mycohsa™ — 21 mg | 1 Billion CFU

The Microbiome Is More Than Bacteria.

Most microbiome formulas focus almost exclusively on bacteria.

But the gastrointestinal ecosystem also includes fungi—the mycobiome—and bacterial-fungal interactions can influence the structure and behavior of the broader microbial community.

Mycohsa™ combines three bacterial strains with Saccharomyces boulardii and amylase, creating a cross-kingdom approach to microbiome support.

Human research cited in the supporting material has evaluated changes in bacterial and fungal populations, GI symptoms, emotional well-being, and amino-acid absorption.

The distinction: Because restoring the microbiome means thinking beyond bacteria.*

WHY THESE SIX TOGETHER?

BUILT TO UPGRADE THE GUT PROTOCOL

Your patients are probably already taking something for gut health. That’s exactly the point.

GUTgevity™ wasn’t developed because practitioners need another generic probiotic, prebiotic, enzyme, fiber, or gut-barrier formula.

It was developed to bring together multiple mechanisms that may not be addressed simultaneously by traditional gut-support protocols.

The result is a systems-based foundation that can stand alone or integrate into a broader practitioner-directed gastrointestinal strategy.*

FOUNDATIONAL SUPPORT

A comprehensive daily approach to microbiome and intestinal ecosystem support.*

PROTOCOL INTEGRATION

Designed to complement existing practitioner-directed gut protocols rather than simply duplicate them.*
