INGREDIENTS
Magnesium (as aspartate)
Potassium (as aspartate)
Aspartic Acid (from magnesium and potassium aspartate)

SUGGESTED USE
Take 1 capsule two to three times daily. If necessary can be increased to 1-2 capsules two to 3 times daily. Not recommended to take at or near bedtime. For athletes weighing more than 180-200 pounds, increased doses during intense training can be beneficial.
