Every morning when they wake up they go straight for the vitamins and at night before they get ready for bed they make sure they get there vitamins

I used this product for a few days and noticed that my job performance and overall brain function was better. However, I used this before a job interview and was shocked by how well I was able to fire back detailed and thoughtful responses. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey, so I’m not sure it’s practical for daily use, but if you need a boost, it’s a great product. I also didn’t experience any afternoon slow down or tiredness.

I do not eat as many vegetables as I should, so I don't get the vitamins and mineral that I need daily. These fill in my nutritional gaps. They fit in well with the rest of my supplement routine. My kids are like feral cats when I try to implement anything that is healthy for them into their routine! They both have gut issues. They love these! They taste so good I have to make sure they only take the recommended amount! They have improved their health in more than just digestion. I feel like it has helped with immunity as well. I have tried several other probiotics and have not had a great result for various reasons. This product works great! They are capsules so they are easy to swallow and have no taste. I take 2 a day and I feel like my gut is balanced. Less bloating and more routine bathroom visits. Highly recommend! Thank you Brian for your help!

My sons neurologist suggested taking a B vitamin to offset side effects from his seizure medication. I contacted Brian to recommend a quality product. He recomended the BIO 3-G. It was fabulous and worked well. While on vacation we ran out and I bought a vitamin from Target. My son threw up from them. Quality vitamins are so important and I will never use anything else!
We don't store much, if any B vitamins so taking something simple like this can go a long way to supporting your health! Sorry your son had a really bad reaction to big box store vitamins, quality definitely matters!

Your skin largely speaks thorugh your gut and if your gut / GI tract is imbalanced the skin will likely suffer as a result. So glad to hear your son's skin has improved on this product!
